Overview
The Modules Management feature allows users to personalize their contact center experience by adding custom widgets, landing pages, and pages. This enables users to integrate specific tools, external resources, or internal systems directly into their contact center interface.
Choosing an Icon
All module types — Widgets, Pages, Landing Pages, and Task Modules — share the same icon picker for the Icon field.

To create a new Landing Page module, fill in the following information:

Task Modules
Task Modules can be added to bring in an external iframe into a new tab, on the Task View - i.e. for an active Task.
